Welcome to Bio Screen Co.  By accessing www.bioscreenco.com or using our notary and ink fingerprinting services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Bio Screen Co. provides:

• Texas Notary Public services
   
• Ink fingerprinting services (ink card only)
   
• Mobile notary and fingerprinting services
   

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.

Bio Screen Co. and its representatives are not licensed attorneys. We do not:

• Provide legal advice
   
• Explain legal documents
   
• Advise on which documents to use
   
• Prepare legal documents
   

Clients are solely responsible for understanding their documents prior to notarization.

All notary clients must present valid, government-issued photo identification as required by Texas law.

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Proper identification is not provided
   
• The signer appears unwilling or unaware
   
• The signer appears under duress
   
• The document is incomplete
   
• The transaction violates Texas notary law
   

Bio Screen Co. is not responsible for:

• The content, legality, or accuracy of documents
   
• Rejected documents due to improper completion
   
• Delays caused by incomplete paperwork
   
• Errors provided by the client
   

Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete prior to appointment.

Bio Screen Co. provides ink fingerprinting services only.

We do not:

• Guarantee acceptance of fingerprint cards by any agency
   
• Control agency processing decisions
   
• Verify agency-specific fingerprint requirements
   

Clients are responsible for confirming fingerprint card requirements with the requesting agency before their appointment.

Mobile service includes travel to a client-specified location.

Travel fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to service.

Travel fees are non-refundable once the technician has departed for the appointment.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

• A cancellation fee
   
• Forfeiture of travel fees
   
• Full service fee if technician arrives at location
   

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled at our discretion.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment.

Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bio Screen Co. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Agency rejection of fingerprint cards
   
• Client document errors
   
• Delays outside our control
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
   
• Attempt to access restricted areas
   
• Submit false information
   

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website content at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
